Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition and accompanied by your order number.
Natural variation is not a defect. Wood grain, knots, color variation, and texture differences between pieces are natural characteristics of handwood — signs of authenticity, not manufacturing errors.

How to Return
