All products are handcrafted wooden figurines made from natural wood. Each piece is unique — variations in wood grain, knots, color, and tone are inherent and are not considered defects.
3. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom-engraved or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are non-refundable unless defective. Processing time is 5–10 additional business days.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. All transactions are SSL encrypted. We do not store payment card details.
5. Shipping
